Once your structured training has concluded and your 60 days free support has expired, many of our clients opt to continue with our support. For as little as £1.75 per day, you can have peace of mind that when you need help with FileMaker, you can get it*. We do restrict support [+] within ths scope of the original course taken. Delegates wishing to have a more comprehensive level of support on an on going basis should enroll on the Mentor Programme. The Support [+] cost per year is £1.75 (per day) x (240 working days per) = £420.00 (Per year) or £35.00 per month. If you want to find out more about the Support Plus programme mail us: info@fm-training.co.uk Phone: 0131 208 3402 *TERMS OF SUPPORTDuring the contracts life span of one hour per month measured/monitored in units of 10 mins, when six 10 minute units are exceeded, you will be charged for the extra amount during the month that the extra support falls in. If the standard amount is exceeded on a regular basis, at renewal, we will recalculate the agreed amount of cover required and notify you of the change in fees prior to renewal. This support contract will not provide you with immediate response per call. When a request comes in, We will either respond immediately, or within 3 hours of your call. At the point of contact, we will either resolve the problem/training needs with you during that instance, or arrange a time when the support or training over the phone can be scheduled to take place. This contract is on a per person basis, The named person on the contract, must either undertake the support call or supervise the person requiring help. When any subsequent relations/colleagues/staff members wish to have similar levels of support, they must have their own training and support contract to suit their needs. |
