At Business Logical, we understand the importance of providing on-going support to our Customers. This support may be from a simple telephone/email query to a request which requires on-site technical assistance.

We offer both remote and onsite Support Contracts, typically on a pre-paid basis purchasing units quarterly or annually to cover remote support calls/emails and/or onsite support. If preferred, you can 'pay as you go' buying units as you use the service. In this way you just pay for what you use and any unused units can be carried over to a second year if you renew the contract. Alternatively support can be purchased and billed on an adhoc basis.

Based North of Dundee, we offer cover across Scotland, in all FileMaker Pro Applications (all versions) including server and network queries but can provide remote and offsite support anywhere in the UK. If you are interested please contact us with your requirements for a quote.
