Our structured training includes free support to help you to retain and and practice your new skills. Unlike other training companies who often offer open ended support for long periods, we limit our free support period to ensure that it is made use of soon after the training has taken place.

Basic, Advanced, Upgrades and Migration get 60 days free support.

Mentor courses include free advanced support for six months.

Included as part of the course we supply a detailed set of notes and exercises, a copy of the work carried out during your course on CD.

We do take phone calls for support, but we ask that in the first instance, you must send us an e-mail.

We attend to support requests, as they come in. Each request for support normally would get an answer from us within 48hrs of the request. We do not guarantee a response time for support, but, as we want to make sure you are able to implement your new skills, we place high priority on responding to all support calls.

If you do call, please use the support number. This service uses Skype In, so calls and your messages can be collected from wherever we are via the internet.
